CANCELLATION/LATENESS POLICY

Please allow 48-hours notice of cancellation to avoid an additional  cancellation fee.

Rescheduling a treatment to a different day requires a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice.

In case of a no-show, the full treatment price will be charged.

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure.

Your treatment will end at the scheduled time, so that the next guest will not be delayed.

All packages and products are nonrefundable.
